These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our digital advertising platform and related services, including campaign delivery on digital signage, partner websites, and mobile applications. By creating an account, submitting creatives, or launching campaigns, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform or submit advertising content.

1. Eligibility and Platform Use

You represent that you have authority to advertise on behalf of your organization and that all submitted information is accurate and current.

  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • You may use the platform only for lawful advertising related to your approved brand and campaign scope.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or provide platform access to unauthorized third parties without written approval.
  • You must comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and industry regulations in each target market.

2. Prohibited Content and Restricted Categories

The following content and categories are strictly prohibited on our network. This list is illustrative and not limited to the examples below.

2.1 Adult and sexual content

Sexual, adult, pornographic, escort, or sexually explicit content is not allowed in any format, including imagery, video, audio, text, landing pages, or metadata.

2.2 Tobacco and alcohol products

Advertising for cigarettes, vaping products, tobacco, alcoholic beverages, and related paraphernalia is not allowed unless we provide explicit written approval for a regulated exception.

2.3 Third-party advertising

You may not use the platform to advertise third-party brands, products, or services unless you are the authorized representative of that brand and this is disclosed and approved in your campaign request.

2.4 Additional prohibited content

  • Illegal products, services, or activities.
  • Hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or incitement to violence.
  • Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent claims and unrealistic guarantees.
  • Malware, phishing, spyware, or harmful redirect behavior.
  • Weapons, explosives, or instructions for unlawful harm where restricted by law.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

3. Ad Submission, Approval, and Enforcement

3.1 Admin approval required

All campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and targeting settings are subject to review and approval by our administrators before delivery. We may approve, reject, pause, or remove campaigns at our discretion.

3.2 Your responsibilities

  • Submit complete and accurate campaign details, including destination URLs and disclosure requirements.
  • Ensure creatives meet technical specifications and brand safety standards.
  • Maintain compliant landing pages for the full campaign duration.
  • Respond promptly to compliance requests and required updates.

3.3 Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts, withhold delivery, or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or network partner policies. Fees for rejected or paused campaigns are handled according to your commercial agreement.

3.4 Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Updated Terms are posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
